This is about a question I always hear from many people, who says about the necessity of getting steady to some specific style or tendency.
I always hear about that.

This is personal, it's only my point of view and my way to face art and art style.

I think we should stop trying, stop searching, and be satisfied with one thought only, one perspective, one way of inspiration, when we reach perfection. Indeed, if we reached perfection, there would be nothing beyond to try.
We would be firm on a single way of painting or a single way of drawing, we'd be doing that forever after.
But I haven't reached that yet.
Actually I won't, ever, reach perfection in art. No one will.
If it's art, the way I know art, then no one will.
Perfection and art are antagonistic.
Arts should be perfect for today, for now. The next one will be better, no matter what it is, it will be better.
And never made with less will, less passion, less heart than today's arts.
Not with the same either.
This way there will be an inevitable signature, a personal touch in the art, that differs yours from mine, or from his or hers. It's naturally done, marked, when the art is treated with heart.
No-one, or not everybody, has to be the entire life with the same red t-shirt to be recognized on the crowd. And doesn't have to wear an orange, or a lighter red, or a darker red t-shirt either and think he's in an awesome evolution and making the big difference.

We cannot generalize, and I do not, but this is how I face it.

Maybe that's only a 4:30 AM mood thoughts anyway.
